In order to provide a safe, secure, and pleasant shopping environment for all patrons, your cooperation in complying with the following rules of conduct is required.

1. Fighting, harassment, offending, rude gestures, provoking confrontations and disruptive conduct of any nature are prohibited.
2. Juvenile groups of four or more are not permitted and will be dispersed.
3. Please do not block access to the store entrances, mall entrances, corridors, or parking areas. No loitering is permitted.
4. Benches and chairs are for sitting only. Please do not sit on the tables or arms of the chairs.
5. Pets are not allowed in the mall. However, we do allow working Service animals.
6. Weapons of any type are not permitted on mall property.
7. Observe all Federal, State, and Local Laws.
8. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is restricted to areas serving the same.
9. Please refrain from defacing or damaging mall property.
10. During regular school hours, unaccompanied minors will be asked to leave the mall.
11. Please dress appropriately and observe all health codes.
12. Solomon Pond is a smoke free environment.
13. Permission to take photos, video tapes, or audio tapes on or off mall property and/or storefronts must be given by the management office. Without prior approval from management of the mall, no such activity is permitted.
14. Solicitation, distribution of literature, social promotions or use of the property for any purpose other than shopping is prohibited without permission from the management of the mall.
15. Overnight parking is not allowed. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
16. Please refrain from shouting, making loud noises, or using indecent language. When listening to music, please use headphones.
17. All trash must be placed in the proper trash receptacles. Littering will not be tolerated.
18. All guests must adhere to center hours and are required to leave property at close.
19. The safety and health of our guests, employees, and community is always our top priority. We ask that each guest follow all state mandates to provide a safe shopping environment for all.
